Overview
Saltfish lets teams show their product instead of explaining it. As they grew across Sweden, the UK, and the US, they wanted to put a real customer in the spotlight. Magma Math was a perfect choice. Over 50 people there use Saltfish every day, across sales and customer success. Saltfish needed a film that made this story easy to feel. They asked us to plan it, shoot it, and deliver it.
Approach
A good customer story video starts long before the camera turns on. We planned the whole film with the Saltfish team first, so we knew the message before shoot day. Then we showed up with everything. Lights, cameras, and a full crew. We set up the room and ran the on-camera interview with Clara Andén, Commercial Director at Magma Math.
We filmed every shot we needed, then took it all back to edit. Our team cut the film, graded the color, and finished it. One team handled the full video production, from the first planning call to the final delivered cut. That is the part most brands underestimate. When the same people plan, shoot, and edit, the story stays sharp the whole way through.
Results
The film went live and both Saltfish founders shared it the same day. It captures over 50 people at Magma Math using Saltfish across three markets, with Clara Anden explaining why her teams reach for it every day. Saltfish now has proof they can send to any prospect, so the product sells itself on screen without anyone needing to be in the room. That is what a strong customer story film does. It keeps working long after the launch post.
